The Full Story

About Arabella's

Josie has always had a passion for food and wanted to be a chef since she could talk.  Josie followed her dreams and attended the highly reputable Westminster Kingsway Chef School in London from there she has gone on to work in Michelin starred restaurants, butcheries and ski chalets.
Growing up in the farming community in mid Wales, she developed her farm to fork ethos.  She has always eaten home grown fruit and veg and recognises the impact of reducing food miles on the quality of the food she creates.

EATERY

To expand her passion for seasonal and local produce, Chef Josie decided to bring a eatery into the local area. Providing simplistic, tasty and diverse foods. Letting the food do the talking!

We have a brunch menu running all day, and lunch menu offering seasonal dishes from whatever we get from the greengrocers, butchers or fishmongers that morning - or even local produce growers! Arabella's artisan eatery will also offer local coffee, locally produced viennoiserie, home baked patisserie items and salad bar.

PRIVATE CATERING

Josie has always loved hosting and cooking food for people and grew up in a home where Josie’s parents had dinner parties every week (if the family weren't hosting they were attending a friend’s!).

Arabella’s Private Dining brings this unique experience to your home, allowing you to enjoy the joy that a dinner party brings, with high-end restaurant quality food with none of the stress of creating the food yourself.

We provide everything for your dinner party, fully personalised by you. We even do the washing up!
