Based in the heart of the Brecon Beacons, Arabella’s Private Dining offers gourmet cooking with a personal touch.
We cater for events such as private dinners, menu tasting experiences, canapé parties, afternoon teas and prosecco brunches across South and mid Wales, Herefordshire and Monmouthshire.
We will wow your guests with deliciousness and take care of the dishes, leaving you free to enjoy the party.
You will be able to forget missing out on conversation and stressing between courses.
Everything is delivered to you and taken away at the end of the event - a stress free way to entertain.
MEET THE CHEF – JOSIE THOMPSON
I trained at the leading chef school, London’s Westminster Kingsway College.
I have travelled the world providing high-end culinary experiences at small and large events, top-end chalets, fine dining restaurants (including a 3 Michelin star restaurant) in the UK, France and America.
I have competed in and won a number of national competitions across the UK.
My aim is to create sumptuous menus to your choice. I provide a completely personal experience for you and will create the event with you so you get exactly what you want.
I cater for all diets and desires and am qualified in food allergens.

I pride myself on using carefully selected ingredients which are locally sourced, where possible.
